I would be happy to share my experience.

Within the past year I purchased a beautiful white vinyl picket fence from Ideal Fence Co. Scott Fuechsel made direct contact with my wife and I immediately upon our initial request. He described the advantages and disadvantages of each fence so that we were able to make the right decision for our home. Scott was able to provide a turnkey installation involving material (fence), supplies (concrete), labor, foliage alteration and the necessary changes that we requested. Ideal Fence Co. delivered and completed the installation as planned with continuous communication with my wife and I. On two separate occasions after our initial installation Scott and his team have provided a fantastic level of customer service after recent severe weather. After the Nor'easter in October of 2011 we sustained minor damage to fence panel due to a tree limb. Scott replaced the panel within days. After Hurricane Sandy another picket was damaged due to wind, Scott again provided the necessary spare parts. On both occasions Scott and his team at Ideal Fence required nothing more than my request.

Hi Scott,

We contacted Scott a couple weeks ago looking for quotes on a fence for our side yard. Right away, Ideal Fence stood out from the rest. Scott made it out to our house that day and ready to measure the yard and provide us with the quote. I had contacted 4 other fencing companies, out of those four, 3 came to measure the yard and only two of those actually provided a quote at all. Not only was Scott the most fairly priced, he was able to start the project immediately.

He was very patient with us while we walked our property and debated the fence placement and even offered his own recommendations. We ended up asking if it would be possible to extend by another fencing section-while he didn't have the materials readily available to extend, he offered to use a section he had from a previous job and not even charge us.
